HOW DOES THIS SITE WORK?

This site is designed to gather and compile information from landlords about current and past renters.  A landlord can "check out" a prospective renter through this site to see if any other landlords have rented to them, and to see if the situation was a favorable one.  Remember, just because a prospective renter lists previous rental history on the rental application, doesn't mean they will be totally honest, or list every person they have rented from!

 

IS THE INFORMATION SAFE?

This site is built and maintained with the expertise of a top-notch computer design team, as well as a team of lawyer professionals, who have approved all of the documents that this site uses to gather information from landlords. 

 

Sure, you can continue to call on past landlords from the prospective tentant's application, but that doesn't mean that they have listed a landlord with whom perhaps there was a problem.  The way we see it, by landlords joining this site will make it increasingly more difficult for people to get away with damaging property, not paying rent, etc., because eventually no one will rent to someone with a habitually tarnished rental record.  The only way to help yourself is to help others by everyone sharing information.

Remember, this site is not just about difficult renters--landlords also list the people who pay their rent on time, and take care of the rental property!  Good renters are just as important to know about as the others!
